The CPPE - ReTA series of Training Activities derives its name from the Sanskrit word “Rita”.

ReTA Training game design is developed on the basis of three key foci – Engagement, Training objective and Context. Maintaining these three foci simultaneously –

(1)    creates an engaging game
(2)    properly caters to the training objective, and
(3)    includes the training context surrounding the game.
